Version "Häusliche Gewalt & Stalking"

Service description

A software-based Service is offered for counseling centers dealing with domestic violence and stalking. We provide you with server-based software for data entry and analysis. With your access credentials you receive access to all functions and modules enabled for you in INTERVENT. To use it you need an internet-capable computer. INTERVENT works platform-independently in any common browser.

Per intervention office or coordination office, a license per user has been required since 08/2023. Discounted volume licenses for larger numbers of users per organization are possible.

An IST access includes all person- and case-related input forms and statistical output functions. With the limited ORGANIZATION access, only the anonymized, case-related statistical output functions are Accessible.

In ORGANIZATION mode, the case data of the intervention offices can be statistically evaluated separately or in aggregated form.

Customizable standard

The software is offered with our established standard forms, which have been further developed over 15 years together with the intervention centers in Saxony-Anhalt, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Thuringia, and Saarland. An adjustment of field labels to individually adapt to the specific characteristics of your federal state can be commissioned separately if required. Billing is based on the effort involved. Entering regional place and precinct information is free of charge once.

Version "Frauenhaus / Schutzwohnung"

Service description

A software-based Service for women's shelters is offered. We provide you with server-based software for data collection and analysis. With your access credentials, you receive access to all functions and modules in INTERVENT that are enabled for you. To use it, you need an internet-capable computer. INTERVENT works independently of the platform in any common browser.

For each facility, one license per month and per user is required. Discounted volume licenses are possible for larger numbers of users.

A counseling access includes all person- and case-related input forms and statistical output functions. With the restricted PROVIDER access, only the anonymized, case-related statistical output functions are Accessible.

Customizable standard

The software is offered with our established standard forms, which were developed in 2023/24 together with the women's shelters in Saxony-Anhalt. An adaptation to the specific characteristics of your federal state can be commissioned separately if required. Billing is based on the effort involved.  

Version "Fachberatungsstellen gegen sexualisierte Gewalt"

Service description

A software-based Service for specialist counseling centers against sexualized violence (FBSG) is offered. We provide you with server-based software for data collection and analysis. With your access credentials, you receive access to all functions and modules in INTERVENT that are enabled for you. To use it, you need an internet-capable computer. INTERVENT works independently of the platform in any common browser.

For each facility, one license per month and per user is required. Discounted volume licenses are possible for larger numbers of users.

Compliant with data protection

You can access our INTERVENT server in an ISO 27001-certified data center via an encrypted SSL connection. Names and personal data are stored in separate tables, so that assignment is only possible by a registered user with username and password.

Contract term

Der Softwareservice wird zur Miete mit monatlich zahlbaren Nutzungsgebühren lt. aktueller Preistabelle angeboten. Die Mindestvertragslaufzeit beträgt einen Monat und verlängert sich automatisch um einen weiteren Monat, wenn nicht im Vormonat formlos schriftlich (z.B. per E-Mail) gekündigt wurde. Eine vorübergehende Stilllegung des Vertrages ist möglich.

Training

Optionally, we offer software and computer training for counseling center staff on site within Germany. 1 day on site at a flat rate of 450 euros plus 50 euros per participant. Also possible online.

Data transfer from other programs

Arbeiten Sie z.B. mit einer Tabellenkalkulation wie Excel, migrieren wir Ihren bisherigen Datenbestand in das INTERVENT Datenformat. Costs nach Aufwand.
